These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TRAYON. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform.

3. Token Purchase and Sale
3.1 Token Sale Process
TRAYON tokens are sold through smart contracts on the Polygon blockchain. All purchases are final and irreversible once the blockchain transaction is confirmed. The minimum purchase amount is $5 USDT equivalent.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept USDT (Tether) on the Polygon network as payment for TRAYON tokens. All transactions are processed through smart contracts without human intervention.
3.3 Token Distribution
Purchased tokens will be automatically distributed to your connected wallet address upon successful payment confirmation. Distribution times may vary based on network congestion.
3.4 No Refunds
All token purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.
4. Referral Program
4.1 Program Structure
Our referral program offers a 4-level commission structure with rates of 5%, 2%, 2%, and 1% respectively. Commissions are automatically distributed in USDT through smart contracts.
4.2 Referral Requirements
To participate in the referral program, you must first purchase TRAYON tokens. Your referral link will be automatically generated and can be shared to earn commissions from qualifying purchases.
4.3 Commission Payments
Commissions are calculated and distributed automatically by smart contracts. There are no minimum thresholds or payment delays. All commissions are paid instantly in USDT upon purchase completion.
4.4 Program Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Existing earned commissions will not be affected by program changes.

Our platform relies on smart contracts deployed on the Polygon blockchain. While these contracts have been tested, blockchain technology carries inherent risks, and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of bugs or vulnerabilities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TRAYON and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to try to resolve any disagreement informally by contacting our support team at [email protected]. We will make good faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably.
9.2 Arbitration
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration organization. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
9.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes with us only on an individual basis and not as part of any class action or representative proceeding.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. However, any tokens already purchased will remain in your wallet, and any earned referral commissions will not be affected.
